It is the service given to the passenger upon arrival.Platinum team, hostess and bellboy,will meet the passenger at the aircraft gate with Hotel or Agency logo or with passenger name boards.Upon meeting the passenger will be headed to Fast Track Passport control.

In case visa is posibble to be taken upon arrival,support will be given without delays.When passport control is done the passenger is again met at the back of passport control.At the arrival service,Platinum team accompanies the passenger through the luggage claim area after passport control.Luggage is collected put on the luggage cars and after customs clearance,transported until meeting with passenger’s driver.

Passanger will be accompanied throughout the whole airport arrival process and lastly they will be taken to the driver who awaits them.When driver meets the passenger,Platinum team delivers the luggage and gets the comfirmation from passenger.

Meet & Assist and Fast Track for Departure: 

It is the service given at the departure. Platinum hostess gets in touch with the driver or responsible contact as agreed and meets the passenger at the terminal entrance,while the Bellboy takes the luggage from the car.Meanwhile,the Platinum hostess accompanies the passenger to the fast track check-in desk and gives support during its process.Before the arrival of the passenger to terminal requested seat reservation can be arranged in cooperation with airline supervisors,thus check-in will be apeeded up. During check-in process,luggage labeling and boarding cards will be deliverd the passenger.After the check-in is completed,the passenger is accompanied to the passport control and then to the gate or if booked to the vip lounge.
